Conditions

• You have 8 days to request a refund.
• You have 30 days to request an exchange.
• You have 45 days to request a warranty.
• The original product must be returned in the same condition as it was received: new, in perfect condition, with all tags attached, and unworn.
• In the case of a warranty, the garment must be returned clean.
• The cost of returning the order must always be borne by the buyer.
  The cost of shipping the new garment(s) in the case of an exchange is FREE.
• Shipping costs, if the warranty is approved, are borne by YAGE.
  Once you receive the return instructions, as applicable, you have a maximum of 2 business days to send the garment back.
• Remember that the tone and color of each garment may vary due to external factors such as the environment, artificial lighting, or the screen on which it is viewed, and that we have garments that undergo special washing processes.
• Sample or second-hand items are NOT eligible for exchanges, returns, or warranties, as they are final sales.

We DO NOT accept exchanges, returns, or warranties in the following cases:

• If the item shows any signs of misuse, bad odor, sweating, makeup, or deodorant stains.
• If the item has been damaged due to misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, heat, sharp objects).
• Due to improper washing or a different wash than the garment's recommended wash, as specified on the product label and in the product details on the website. For example: mixing a colored item with a white item or soaking a garment that has undergone a dye process.

Please note: The lifespan of each item depends on the care you give it. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear or that have exceeded a product's reasonable lifespan will not be replaced.
